  • Strawberry & Rhubarb Fruit Note Crostini A crostini with pesto, mozzarella, tomato, a drizzle olive oil and Maldon salt.
  • Coconut & Lime Fruit Note on a Skewer– A skewer of curried shrimp, chilies and tamarind.
  • Lychee & Cucumber Fruit Note Delight– A cucumber slice, smoked salmon, a dollop of crème fresh, topped with a touch of caviar.
  • Pineapple & Jalapeno Fruit Note Charcuterie– Wrap the Fruit Note with manchego cheese, prosciutto and serrano ham.
  • Pear & Ginger Fruit Note Cheese Plate– Sliced pear and apple, fig compote, toasted bread and a selection of creamy of cheeses.
