The Grow Foundry Inc. d/b/a “Coda Signature” has held licenses in the State of Colorado since beginning operations in 2015 In 2018, The Grow Foundry California, LLC d/b/a “Coda Signature” obtained authorization to operate in the State of California, leading to the issuance of provisional licenses in early 2019. Together, these entities make up the Coda Signature brand.

Coda Signature aims to meet and exceed the regulations set forth by the Marijuana Enforcement Division within the Colorado Department of Revenue (“MED”), The Bureau of Cannabis Control within the California Department of Consumer Affairs (“BCC”), and The California Department of Public Health Manufactured Cannabis Safety Branch (“MCSB”). Our mission is to set the standard of excellence for edibles, topicals, and oils in the medical and adult use cannabis industry in both Colorado and California. As such, each one of our hand-crafted products conform to the most stringent standards proposed by the States in which we operate regarding pesticides, solvents, and microbiology. None of our products is shipped across state boundaries. All products are grown, manufactured, and tested in the states in which they are sold.

All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. References to “you” and “your” refer to you, a user of our Site and/or Services.

Section 1. User Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age to use the Site and/or Services related to the Site. You must also be legally eligible to use the Site and/or Services pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado or the laws of the State of California.
Section 2. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold Coda Signature (and its officers, employees, and agents) harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, judgments, awards, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your use or misuse of the Site or Services, (ii) your violation of this Agreement; or (iii) your violation of any laws or regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that Coda Signature is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. Coda Signature does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or user for any Third-Party Materials. Third-Party Materials and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk.
Section 4. Discounts and Special Offers
The Site or Services might display, include, or make available coupons, special offers, promotional codes, giveaways, samples, and other offers from Coda Signature. Coda Signature displays these Deals on the Site and Services as a form of advertisement. All Deals are may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or restrictions under applicable law, whether such additional terms, conditions or restrictions are expressly included on the Site or Services.
