The Infused Chocolate Cake That Everybody Can Bake

INFUSED CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
Serving Size 1 infused chocolate cake, 10mg THC per serving

INGREDIENTS

  • Maple Pecan chocolate bar, 100mg THC
  • ⅔ cup of chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of flour

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Generously spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Gently melt the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl, then cool for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in eggs and yolks until mixed.
  5. Stir in powdered sugar and flour.
  6. Spoon into a prepared muffin tin so the batter is ¾ of the way up, then insert a 10mg THC square of Maple Pecan to each cake.
  7. Bake 4-7 minutes or until edges are cooked and the center is soft.
  8. Cool 5 minutes and carefully remove from pan using a butter knife.
  9. Top with additional powdered sugar or ice cream.

This recipe makes 10 cakes.
